Straty Righellis
A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific and University of California at San Francisco, Schools of Dentistry.
He lectures annually at Harvard, Boston University and AT Still orthodontic programs.
Dr. Righellis is a reviewer for the American Journal of Orthodontics, written over 35 articles and papers on Treatment Efficiency and Treatment Excellence, and has lectured to over 250 groups nationally and internationally.
He has authored a chapter on Treatment efficiency and Excellence in the textbook Goal Directed Orthodontics.
In 2014, selected to be one of six judges to choose the best paper written in the AJODO.
In 2015, the AJODO acknowledged my continued contribution as one of the top reviewers (by the number of reviewed manuscripts).
He is a faculty member at the FACE teaching program and is past President of the Edward H Angle Society, Northern California.
He was the recipient of the prestigious Pacesetter Award, in 2014 awarded by the Roth-Williams International Society of Orthodontists
He graduated from UCLA Dental School and received his orthodontic specialty certification from University of California at San Francisco.
In Addition, he maintains an active private practice in Oakland, California.
